The Oscar nominations come out THIS TUESDAY, so we've got you prepared and ready with our annual predictions in each of the major six categories. (Sorry, screenwriters.) Is it a "Three Billboards Over Ebbing, Missouri" year? Can "Get Out" or "Lady Bird" crash the party? Has everybody forgotten about "The Post" and "Dunkirk?" We dig into all the prospects.
We also look at the Afghan War drama "12 Strong," with Chris Hemsworth and Michael Shannon. Then, in our Reboot section, we travel to 1990 and wonder how Joe Dante's "Gremlins 2: The New Batch" ever got made.
