Grierson & Leitch

Nov 20, 2017

They may have tried to hide "Justice League"'s Rotten Tomatoes score, but they can't hide the movie from us. This week, we did into the latest DC Comics movie fiasco, which is better than "Batman v. Superman" ... which is a far cry from the movie actually being good. Then we dig into two big Netflix releases this weekend, both of which are worth watching. Dee Rees' "Mudbound," and the fascinating "Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond," about Jim Carrey and Andy Kaufman, but mostly Jim Carrey.

Then, in our Reboot segment, we look back at one of the most beloved sports movies of all time: 1977's "Slap Shot."

Timestamps:
3:23 "Justice League"
25:15 "Mudbound"
41:41 "Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond"
1:06:08 "Slap Shot"

We hope you enjoy. Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter, or griersonleitch@gmail.com. As always, give us a review on iTunes with the name of a movie you'd like us to review, and we'll discuss it on a later podcast.
