Grierson & Leitch

Nov 13, 2017

The big release this weekend is Kenneth Branagh's "Murder on the Orient Express," but the most fascinating movie of the weekend might be one that didn't get a release at all: Louis CK's "I Love You, Daddy," which might end up never being seen by anyone who hasn't already seen it. Our Tim Grierson is one of those people. We attempt to grapple with it.

Also on the agenda: "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" and "Thelma." Then, in our Reboot segment, we look at 1972's "Cabaret," a movie that suddenly feels much more urgent than it did 10 years ago.

Timestamps:

We hope you enjoy. Let us know what you think @griersonleitch on Twitter, or griersonleitch@gmail.com. As always, give us a review on iTunes with the name of a movie you'd like us to review, and we'll discuss it on a later podcast.
